Conlon's installation recontextualises a version of the REM Island broadcasting platform, built in Ireland in 1964 and then towed to 6 miles off the Dutch coast. re:REM develops the artist's recent particular concerns regarding mobile, temporary architecture and the occupation of territory by means of legal loopholes.

Being a member of adhoc you will be playing your part in one of Belfast's newest artist run organisations.

adhoc is built around a collective of 16 artists and now has 19 artist studios and 2 music rehearsal areas.

Membership will give you :

Subscription to the adhoc members mailing list providing you with some unique oppurtunities to apply for.

Invitations to submit work for themed shows in adhoc.

Links to your sites, blogs etc on our website.

The oppurtunity to advertise any shows / events you will feature in through our site and facebook page.

Discount to adhoc events and workshops.

Through prior arrangement loan of exhibition equipment

Membership will be £25 employed

More studio space and music rehearsal room now available

adhoc is now able to offer more studio space at an affordable rate.

We also have a plug and play rehearsal room available at an hourly rate.
